01. ORDER PROCESSING

You will receive an order confirmation via email or text message once your order has been placed. All orders will be processed and shipped within 3–5 business days, unless otherwise noted, from the date the order is placed. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Once an order has been shipped, delivery times will vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination. Bahaki Brand is not responsible for carrier delays after a package has been transferred to the shipping provider.

02. SHIPPING INFORMATION

We ship all orders via USPS, UPS, or FedEx and shipping fees are calculated based on package weight. Shipping charges for your order will be displayed at checkout. Once items have shipped, we will notify you of your tracking number via the method requested at checkout. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information within 5 business days, please contact us at info@bahakibrand.com

03. DELIVERY TIME

Estimated delivery time begins once items are marked as received by the carrier. Please allow up to 24 hours for all tracking information to be updated. The following are expected delivery times based on location:

Contiguous U.S. ground: 1-5 business days
Contiguous U.S. priority: 1-3 business days
Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories: 5-15 business days
APO/FPO/DPO military addresses: 10-21 business days
